They served with honor and distinction. Now it's our turn to serve them.
The YWCA NEW MEXICO recognizes the tremendous sacrifice veterans have made for our country, and understand that some of those returning heroes need help throughout the year and with your help we can do just that.
The YWCA Henderson House in Albuquerque provides much needed shelter, food and career training for female veterans who have returned from serving our country. Community support is essential in assisting them as they rebuild their lives for themselves and their families. With your help we can continue the tremendous impact we've had on the lives of women in need.
90% of our residents have transitioned to independent and self-sufficient living situations after completing their stay at Henderson House.
